Much Better
Either using topical steroids or just a case of growing out of it has enabled my 15 year old to almost be rid of her eczema. She still has a small amount in the inside creases of her elbows. Shall I encourage her to continue with the steroid cream or as it is minor just hope it goes away?
She likes to wear cotton gloves in bed to discourage her from itching which I think has also helped so winning a pair of these would be great!
Thank you!

Re: Much Better
Many thanks for taking the time to post and i'm delighted to hear that your daughter is much better. I suspect it is a combination of getting older combined with use of the correct topical or cream based treatments.
I would definitely encourage her to use the steroid ointment as and when she needs it if she is still suffering from time to time in the elbow creases. It is also worthwhile that she continues to moisturise her skin on a daily basis after her bath or shower with a good, non-fragranced emollient.
Best wishes,
Anjali
