what is the best soap to use as any soap I use seems to flare up my eczema

I find QV gentle was is really good :)

I use Nivea Sensitive face wash which seems to work OK, but I use Doublebase or Dermol for shower gel. Those are really good. Much better than Aqueous.

Soap and foaming cleansers can often aggravate eczema. There are a large number of emollient washes on the market (e.g aveeno, epaderm, cetraben, hydromol, dermol 500 to name a few) and you are much more likely to benefit from these. Your GP or dermatologist will be able to guide you in case there is any doubt.
