Is there anything that can be done to help hormonal acne (when a healthy diet is already maintained and appropriate products used already but the problem persists)?

Yes there are treatments for hormonal acne. They include Epiduo gel, oral antibiotics, combined oral contraceptive pill, Roacutane/ isotretinoin. There is more information on my website if it is of interest.
