On behalf of Tim:
I have been suffering with eczema for many years and I am still struggling to find a suitable cream that relief the itches. Can anyone recommend some creams I can try please.

Re: Cream for eczema
try camomile lotion used for itchy chicken pox dab it onto a dry clean tissue and on the itchy area leave to soak into the skin also try a bit of baby oil in your bath, Please let me know if this helps,

Re: Cream for eczema
You want to try using emollients. These are creams and ointments that moisturize the skin and prevent it from drying out. http://www.nhs.uk/conditions/emollients ... ction.aspx The best emollients for people with atopic dermatitis are thick creams (such as Eucerin, Cetaphil, and Nutraderm) or ointments (such as petroleum jelly, Aquaphor, and Vaseline), which contain little to no water. Your GP should be able to advise you further. You will probably have to try out a few first. There will be one that is best for your skin. There isn’t a “best cream” that suits everyone.
