What foods should I avoid ??

I have p and p/a I am on methotrexate and humira injections plus omprezole for hiatus hernia

If you are otherwise fit and well and no other medical problems and normal weight you should continue a normal balanced healthy diet. You don't need to cut any specific food but alcohol needs to be limited on methotrexate on psorisis. if you are experiencing gastrointestinal side effects then your gp or dermatologist may advise a change of diet
