Is there any natural measures that I could use instead of a chemical cream?

Re: Roscea
There is no strong evidence supporting the use of any particular natural treatment. Some people have found tea trea oil or azeleic acid to help with papular pustular rosacea

Re: Roscea
Skin camouflage is not a cure but an option to cover and conceal the redness when you chose. The cover are suitable for men and women and will certainly block out blushing and flushing.
Happy to advise on the practical application and how to use along side other topical treatments.
Best wishes

Re: Roscea
I agree with Dr Sheth but just to add 'natural creams' as well as not being evidence-based may not have undergone rigorous testing or quality control, but a 'chemical cream' or pharmaceutical product has evidence-based research on actions and safety is always carefully monitored. There are a number of topical treatments that may help you and treat your rosacea, including some recent new non-antibiotic treatments ivermectin and brimondine, so I would suggest you book a review visit with your GP to discuss.
