On behalf of a member:
According to my doctor I have rosacea and have a topical cream to apply but this does not seem to work. Can you advise please. Thank you. Bernadette

Which cream are you using? I use metronidazole and it can take a long time to work. I have been using it now for 9 months. The problem is that as soon as I stop, the rosacea flares up again. My doctor said I may have to use the cream for up to two years.

If topical treatments do not work for you, then you can try getting a laser treatment using pulsed dye laser (PDL). I would recommend PDL over the use of Intense Pulsed Light (IPL). You may have to search further for a laser centre with PDL... depending on where you live.
