Itchy and burning pain on skin under armpit . Does anyone know what this could be?

It is hard to say what this might be without more information. I would suggest going to your GP as there may be an underlying cause that needs medical treatment. It may be an allergic reaction or something related to your hair follicles. Have you recently changed any brand of beauty/hygiene product or your washing detergent?
