I have been struggling to manage my skin condition Acanthosis nigricans, I have tried several diets but none has worked. I am currently looking at trying the Ketogenic Diet, can anyone help on how I can maintain, well preferably get rid of Acanthosis nigricans. Lastly, does anyone know of any good creams and soaps that help reduce the appearance of Acanthosis nigricans.
