I have very sore and itchy skin under my bust and sometimes there is also what appears to be tiny blisters. It's something that occurs at anytime of the year not just when it's hot.

Possibilities of diagnosis include an intertrigo rash or fungal infection. Keep the area well lubricated with a moisturiser to protect the skin barrier from friction and if this doesnt help please see your GP
