BIt of a mystery

Hi I am 38 and have a few health conditions and have recently found that my face is very sensitive to everything including water sometimes! It comes out in a red blotchy rash no matter what I do and goes dry in patches. I have tried many different products - moisturisers, facial oil etc and try and use as natural as possible where I can although do try and avoid products containing essential oils now incase it contributes to the dryness. I struggle to wear makeup when it is bad as it looks awful on the dry skin! haven't been diagnosed with anything which would knowingly cause it so just wondering if you had any ideas on anything I could try to help moisturise my very sensitive skin? Many thanks!

when all else fails try glycerol with rose water - this is one of the least irritating perparations. If all else fails see a specialist as you may have a dry skin condition that needs medical treatment
