Deciding on treatment
On behalf of Luke:
I have just been diagnosed with prostate cancer. I want to find out how likely is my cancer going to cause problems if I’m not treated properly? Should I consider active surveillance as an option?

Re: Deciding on treatment
Luke to advise specifically i would need to know the details i.e. PSA, biopsy results, MRI findings etc
but generally prostate cancer is slow growing and active surveillance is often an option.
Men best placed for active surveillance have PSA <10 , gleason 3+3 disease and MRI showing no lesion.
