Prostate disease could be an enlarged prostate BPH, prostate cancer or prostate infection so difficult to be specific
Generally BPH causes urinary symptoms (slow flow, incomplete emptying, nocturia), whilst usually early prostate cancer causes no symptoms.
Male incontinence can can be caused by treatments for BPH/prostate cancer or occur because of other issues. Pads , medications, catheters and operations all play a role
