I have very sensitive skin around my vagina and my labia I use non biological washing powder and softener and careful what panty liners I use I wash with dermol lotion and still I get red raw and lumps and blisters doctors says I am doing all the right things just super sensitive

Sorry to hear this. Blisters shouldn't come on just due to sensitivity. has your GP tested for any infections? In the first instance, i would advise changing your dermol to emulsifying ointment, which is even gentler and can be used as a wash and a moisturiser. Apply it as a barrier, particularly when wearing panty liners.

if things are no better, discuss a dermatology referral with your GP.
