I had dermatitis for twelve months, but now it has cleared up. The only trouble is that now I have areas which are itchy, especially when I get too warm, I have tried putting itch cream on, but it does not seem to have much effect.

Difficult to know exactly what is going on. Ensure you keep as cool as possible. Keep moisturiser the body so the areas are not dry, apply moisturisers. If this still persists, speak to your doctor about further anti-inflammatory creams to help with the itching.
