Sensitive skin

Might seem a silly question but how do I stop itching my sensitive skin. I'm making my skin worse.

Make sure you are keeping your skin well moisturiser. Dry skin is itchy skin. Ingredients such as urea, menthol and lauromacrogols can be very helpful. Keep your moisturiser in the fridge. Avoid soaps/shower gels which will further dry your skin. If this doesn't help, speak to your doctor about a mild anti-inflammatory cream. BW
