Milia on my face

Hi. First I want to say sorry if I post on a wrong place or in a wrong way but it is my first post ever. I am 31 years old and I have a delicate face skin. It is always dry and no matter how much cosmetic creams and oils I use there is no difference. Also I have a milia all over my chicks which I would like to get rid of if possible. Please advice! Thanks

Re: Milia on my face

Hi there,
The use of oils and heavy, rich creams may be making the milia worse. Stick with products made for sensitive skin which are non-pore blocking (non-comedogenic). Ensure you are not using any foaming cleansers or harsh toners with your dry skin.
Milia can be helped by the use of a vitamin A based cream (retinoid), although this can make your skin dryer, so you will have to be careful.
They can also be extracted by a beautician or a dermatologist or removed by electrosurgery.

I hope that helps.
