Thank you very much for your question. I am so sorry to hear about your skin problems. If acne is still active it should be treated (e.g. with Epiduo possibly in a combination with oral antibiotics) . If there are scars they can be treated e.g. with laser. Rosacea can be treated (red face rosacea/flushing rosacea with Mirvaso gel, spots rosacea (inflammatory rosacea) e.g. with Soolantra possibly in a combination with oral antibiotics such as erythromycin). Skin in acne or rosacea is often irritated so Cetaphil cleanser and moisturisers are good in this setting.

I hope this is helpful.

Hi I'm I am super paranoid about getting visible wrinkles and do use a separate eye cream daily.

I do also moisturize my neck as when I was in to have a facial, a lady sitting in reception and said do you have any miracle cream to fix this, and she touched her throat and the beautician she was talking too said start moisturising your neck aswell and that will help, is that right, I started doing mine daily from that day on aswell.

Thank you

I have been suffering with redness/dryness around my nose and on my skin . Sometimes it is sore and itchy . I have tried various crams but nothing seems to solve the issue?

Thank you very much for your question. This sound like seborrheic dermatitis. You can get Daktacort cream over counter or you can ask your GP or dermatologist to prescribe you ketoconazole cream. You can read more about seborrheic dermatitis and available treatments on my website if it is of interest to you.

I hope this is helpful.
