I’ve got psoriasis and sometimes it breaks out on my face. My skin is very dry. What moisturiser can I use safely on my face please as I don’t want to make it worse?

Hi there, I can't advise exact products, but go for sensitive skin-targeted, unfragranced products always, which don't have complicated ingredients eg essential oils or multiple plant based products. Stick with ingredients such as shea butter& glycerin.
