Central Heating drying out my skin

So since having the heating on almost constantly now in these winter months, my skins all over is really dry, I exfoliate and moisturise every day but it doesn't seem to make a difference.

Re: Central Heating drying out my skin

Avoid soap or foaming products in the shower - used mositurising cream or emollient based washes as a wash.

Choose unfragranced, thicker cream based moisturisers or a medical emollient. Urea can be a useful ingredient to hold the water into the skin.

Also consider turning your heating down a couple of degrees.
