Is there a product available to dial down skin sensitivity?

Re: sensitive skin
There are many ways to protect sensitive skin and stop it reacting.
Take stock of what you are using on the skin; foaming washes, soaps, alcohol based toners will all irritate, so switch to non-foaming, non SLS containing emollient based washes. Then repair your skin's barrier by using a unfragranced moisturiser which has a rich, hydrating consistency. Avoid ingredients that can irritate such as fragrances, essential oils or multiple plant based ingredients. If this isn't helpful, see your doctor.
