Hands with Dry Skin

What is the best product I can use on my hands, that get very dry, all year round and no moisturiser seems to cure it. My right hand (I am right handed) seems to be worse than the left. Is this normal?

Avoid soaps and use emollient based washes. Use gloves for washing/cleaning etc. Try a thick greasy ointment - usually in the medical moisturiser (emollient) section - or something that contains urea. If this doesn't help, speak to your GP about a steroid cream.
