Hi, I’m 31 And always had really clear skin. Just lately I’m covered in spots! Like a teen, I’ve not changed my diet or anything really - so any advice please?

Unfortunately, spots can strike at any time. Make sure you are not using lots of pore-blocking products. Avoid facial oils, greasy balms or moisturisers. Stick with non comedogenic (non-pore blocking) cleansers and moisturisers. Use make up which is oil free and avoid powders. If this doesn't help, see your doctor to add in some medicated creams.
