Hi. Just lately I have started getting occasional very dry, scaly patches on my face. They happen in different places at different times of the year, and don't seem to be a result of products I use. I have had a tendency to dermatitis on my hands for many years, but this is slightly different and I don't know what to treat it with. It doesn't seem drastic enough to warrant a doctors appointment! Any advice, please?

Make sure your skincare is gentle, hydrating and unfragranced. AVoid scrubs, alcohol based toners or hars washes. Switch up your moisturiser consistency if necessary and use products for sensitive skin. If this is no better, try some 1% hydrocortisone short term, but if you are having to use regularly, see your doctor.
