I would like to know what the best course of treatment would be for grade 2 acne rosacea that does not respond to metronidazole cream.I do not wish to go on a long term antibiotic treatment-18 months which is what I have been offered by my doctor.

I would try either topical ivermectin cream or azelaic acid. Chat to your doctor about these ingredients. Best wishes.
