Hi
I have pigmentation/blemishes on my face, i have tried many skincare creams but nothing worked. I have normal skin. Please advice me to get rid of them.

Re: Pigmentation/blemishes on face

Thank you very much for your question. It sounds from your description as if you may have melasma. The most important is to have a good sun-protection so when it is sunny use sunscreen SFP50 on your face. Also azelaic acid cream or gel (e.g. skinoren, your GP or dermatologist can prescribe them) can help. If it does not work depigmenting lotion can be tried. Please note that pregnancy and contraceptive pills often make melasma worse. You can read more about melasma and available treatments, if it is of interest to you, on my website http://alexandroff.org.uk/Patients.html

I hope this is helpful.
