dry lips

I have dry skin and very dry lips. I use lip balms every day, but my lips are still chapped and painful, especially corners. Even brushing my teeth is very painful. What can I do to prevent? Are there any special products beside lip balms to use? Thanks for your answer in advance.

are you deficient in any vitamins? odd that brushing your teeth is painful
have you tried a dry skin rub of fine sugar and oil to brush off dead skin ? I think you need to look at your diet though if your gums and or lips are sore
