Red Spot on Shoulder
I noticed a red spot on my shoulder about 5 years ago. It is 1-2 mm wide, doesn't protrude and hasn't changed size or colour. Should I have it checked out or is it just the end of a blood vessel?

Re: Red Spot on Shoulder
Hi there,
From what you describe, it likely to be what we call a small haemangioma or campbell de morgan spot.
Put simply it is a harmless blood vessel growth.
I would however have it checked out with your GP nonetheless.
All the best!

Great advice form Dr Hafiji. I agree it’s most likely an angioplasty from the description but best to get it checked out by your gp to make sure
