I had a small mole when i was young had it removed now i have noticed the skin is abit rough

Hi there,
If you have had a mole removed in childhood, then it can take some time for the scar to fully remodel.
If you have any pigmentation / discolouration or recurrence of the mole in the vicinity of the scar, then you ought to have it checked out. If you are concerned about the changes that you have noticed, then it may just be worthwhile seeing your GP or a dermatologist to reassure you that all is well.
