Kidney stones in family
In my whole family nobody ever had kidney problem but recently my dad found out that he had kidney stones. His doctor has totally forbidden him from eating any kind of dairy food which has calcium in it but because of his age (aged 65) I feel he should eat calcium to keep his bones in good condition so what is the best solution for such kind of problem. Please advise.

You are correct!
Cutting out dairy won’t help and may increase risk of stones.
Could also weaken his bones.
Most stones are calcium oxalate and it is the oxalate that needs cutting out.
Ie avoid chocolate tea
But mainly drink lots of water
