Uterus is tilted and can cause discomfort
A long while ago I was told that my uterus tilts to the right. This has caused discomfort during sex, depending on the position, over the years.
Also even having a smear taken
When I was a lot younger I was told that a full term pregnancy may naturally correct this, but no children!!
Or that a small procedure could correct the position, having some stitches to hold it in place
I am now post menopausal (with no symptoms!! One last period after coming off a low dose pill, and nothing more!!) would such a procedure be possible? Things may have advanced in the years since I was told this
I will soon be with my new partner and would love everything to be perfect!
Many thanks for any possible advice

There is no operation that can be undertaken to correct this. If you are post-menopausal then I would suggest that you need to ensure that ensure that you have adequate lubrication and if needed some vaginal oestrogen.
