Restless leg syndrome is a magnesium deficiency!!! (I know, because that's what my doctor told me and I used to have restless leg syndrome and cured it when I took magnesium supplements daily.) taking a B-vitamins complex supplement (has all the B-vitamins in it) can also help. He might want to take the vitamin B-complex supplement in the mornings and the magnesium supplement right before he goes to bed at night. if he drinks coffee, he shouldn't drink it 2 - 3 hours from taking the vitamin supplements, because coffee doesn't let your body absorb nutrients.

It happens to my brother, all night, he does not sleep properly due to restless pain in the leg. Again and again it happens after 2 days. Don't know what is the reason behind this.

did this get better with taking magnesium, is restless legs a magnesium deficiency? I am interested to know more.

Restless legs syndrome is a condition that causes an uncontrollable urge to move your legs, usually because of an uncomfortable sensation. It typically happens in the evening or nighttime hours when you're sitting or lying down.

Treatment for Restless legs Syndrome:-
Healthy sleep habits
Iron and vitamin supplements
Yoga and stretching
Exercise and Massage
