Stress and skin disorders

Postby DragonRider on Wed Apr 04, 2012 2:19 pm

I wonder how much stress affects skin problems. My skin is looking like Indonesia at the moment it has so many volcanoes! I am also incredibly stressed about so many things. I am a worrier but at the moment there are things going on that are making me really emotional and stressed out.

If stress is making my skin worse what can i do to help it. The problems won't just go away and not thinking about them is not an option unfortunately!

Any tips???

I think it's not about stress, maybe you are allergic to something that you should go to Dermatologist.

Hello DragonRider,
Hi agree with you, stress is a reason for major skin problems. I think you consult with skin specialists.
