do you think vitamin b12 or vitamin D may improve/benefit psoriasis?

thank you. I am nor aware that B12 helpes psoriasis but topical vitamin D (cream, lotion, ointment, foam e.g. Enstilar foam) is widely used to treat psoriasis (treatment should be prescribed and monitored by your GP or dermatologist).

I hope this is helpful.
