How to Tell What's Causing My Decreased Libido?

I'm 39, in great health, do a lot of walking and running, yet over the last four or so years, my libido has dropped, despite having fixed my thyroid/Gaba issues, and started adding micro-nutrients to my diet, like vitamins C, D, niacin, iodine, and more.

I eat a lot of bananas for potassium, as well as fish for proteins, plus coconut oil, onions, garlic, avocados, and the like, but libido has not returned. Am I eating too little, in terms of calories? I was advised I was, so I am eating more chili, and the like, to see if eating more food with raise my T, as well as eating after I workout strenuously for twenty minutes. SO far nothing, but after ony two, three days, what can I expect?
