Allergy to Quorn

Postby catsholiday on Wed Feb 07, 2018 8:14 pm

I have discovered that I am allergic to Quorn . After eating it I am physically sick around two hours later. What is in Quorn and are there any other meat substitute foods that are similar that I should avoid?

Hi Catsholiday

It is a high protein source made from a fungus similar to some mushrooms. Can you tolerate mushrooms?
