Suffering high blood pressure problem

We know that high blood pressure problem is common now in the faster lifestyle. and men, as well as women both, suffer this problem. My question is that, can we control high blood pressure from home remedies?

Hi Selena,

Here are some things to consider, which have been shown to be helpful with many people:
• Management stress
• Eat largely of a plant-based diet; avoiding fatty foods
• Drink 1 or 2 cups of celery juice daily, or eat 2 stalks
• Eat 10-12 cloves of steamed garlic daily
• Drink plenty of water daily (8 to 10 glasses)
• Deep breathing exercises
• Try to get about 15 minutes of sunshine daily
