How to lose weight by taking probiotics?

Did you know studies have shown that you can lose weight by taking probiotics?
Your gut has so much a number of bacteria living and if you have a good kind of bacteria, you can control your weight. On the other hand, if you have bad type of bacteria, you are more likely gain weight.
