Is yoga a good way to burn fat?

Has anyone here tried or is doing yoga? Is it a good way to burn fat? I’ve wanted to do regular exercises to lose weight, but I’m not a fan of fast-paced routines, so I think yoga might be the one for me. I also found out about this yoga retreat Ibiza from a friend, and I think it’s a good way for me to start with the practice. What do you think? Should I go for it?
