Such a fantastic program packed with helpful information. I've been living with IBS for years, with very little support from my GP or hospital consultants. The weekly IBS segments have been very interesting to read. I didn't feel bogged down with the usual medical jargon, everything is very user-friendly. If you suffer from IBS or know someone who does, then this program is for you. Thank you for yet another insightful and helpful guide.

A brilliant support programme, that makes you aware of all the problems you come across with IBS and how to deal with them. This programme gave me the confidence to seek help from my doctor and with both help from the doctor and this amazing programme, I feel I can control my IBS better.

I was diagnosed with IBS 19 years ago and have had no support from any healthcare professional in this time...they just didn't want to know. This course has taught me a lot about my condition (which is both C and D at times) and has given me pointers which have improved my life! I would recommend it to anyone who has IBS...even if you think you know most things about it (as I did)...you will get something out of it!

The programme is full of useful and informative information which covers everything from the causes of IBS, the signs to look for and the treatments available to help ease the problem. As the weeks go by the programme builds up into a very comprehensive set of sheets covering all you need to know. Each sheet is laid out with easy to follow information and detailed diagrams explaining what to look for etc. If you suffer from IBS and you want to find out more about it, where to go to get more information and how to deal with it, then I would definitely recommend that you sign up for the programme.

A great and very informative program, it's provides help, knowledge and support for anyone suffering from IBS, the diet and general information on how to deal with IBS are very helpful. I highly recommend others to join the program and inform themselves of how to make their IBS more manageable.
