The programme offers a lot of support and information on Rosacea and how to control the condition. What I found really useful about the programme is knowing that I am not alone and that help and support is available.

This program was very helpful as it enabled me to try different ways of managing this and also helped me recognise triggers so could be dealt with before it got to a stage of not wanting to be seen. It also helped me to change some of my ways which in turn lead to less triggers and flare-ups.

I have been suffering from rosacea for what seems all of my life. It affects just my nose and its always red. After looking at this programme I have done research and asked my GP for a new cream. I found the cream from the GP does not work however found a cream online which treats and covers, at the moment this is working and my nose is the best it has ever been. I am hoping this will continue. It is thanks to this programme I realised that I shouldn't just put up with it and there is some alternative help out there.

It was nice to see info especially with good guidance on triggers.  I am fully aware that central heating/alcohol and makeup/skincare affect my skin and it is nice to read comments from others who have been affected in the same way.  I have gone from Acne in my teenage years - trial drug in the 70s Roaccutane and now a really nice skin with odd breakouts of rosacea which I have learnt to live with.

It helped me to accept the physical changes that rosacea has brought to me. I don’t get so worried about it and I’ve learnt to live with it.

Great programme it helps you to understand rosacea a lot better, it informs you of treatments available, what to discuss and how to discuss rosacea with your GP and lots of other information that people like myself with rosacea were not aware of.
