Some of the topics may seem to be obvious but it's good to have it all in one place with links to explore more. Some information was new to me and prooved to be very useful.

What an amazing programme that I am so greatful for. For over a decade I have struggled with sleep and rest. I always put it down to stress and mental health, so thought that unless I solve these issues I wouldn't be able to improve me sleep.  But that's where I was so wrong. The programme has change my life. I am finally learning how best to rest and all the advice and tips have been amazing. Thank you so much to talkhealth for providing this information. Would highly recommend to everyone as it covers so many different categories. Brilliant and thank you again.

I found the programme, helped me a lot, on how to cope, organisations that can help and ways to do things differently.

Sleep support was fantastic as it showed me different things I was totally unaware of and honestly feel that my GP would not have given me this information. Things I've never thought of as interfering with my sleep were covered, greatly improving my sleep.

Very beneficial as I really struggle with sleep and learnt and used some of the information provided. I know get more settled and relaxed before bedtime and find this helps me sleep slightly better (pain still wakes me up). I always get my bedroom ready before bed, I get the temperature right, lighting, calm and quiet and find this helps a great deal.

I enjoyed the tips which were easy to understand and to apply to my lifestyle.

The mysleep support program was top class it had loads of really good advice and I found it extremely helpful for me as it gave me some really good tips on what to do to help me get a better nights sleep. I would totally recommend everyone who has sleeping problems to sign up for this program.

The weekly sheets of information helped me out with tips and to take time out to relax before going to bed. To turn off all mobile phones and tablets 30 minutes before getting into bed, and to stop the blue light as not good.

The mysleep support programme covers a variety of issues to do with sleep disorders and is very informative. It has some good advice for people whatever their stage of sleep disorder and covers topics ranging from pain stopping sleep, why you shouldn't use tech gadgets in the bedroom, and a host of other topics. The programme may help people understand and re-jig their bedtime preparations and why sleep is so important. It is a very informative programme with links that may be useful for expanding knowledge or awareness of various sleep problems. The programme is well thought out and put together and a lot of people will find it very helpful.

Helpful to those who have zero knowledge and need a very basic users guide in easy to navigate blocks.

Jennie (Jan 20)

It's a great programme for people with sleep issues or if they want to help somebody who has them. So much great information and a lot you can do to help yourself. I have changed my preparation for sleep, my lighting in a room and it really helped. It's a great programme for anyone.

To take things slowly and not to expect miracles because if you follow the sleep program you will definitely find a link between your sleeping issues. At first you think you are alone and the only person who suffered but gradually you begin to realise that there are many support networks that will make you feel welcomed and begin to face your problems with open eyes, not everyone is the same and using a mixture of different help techniques then you should be able to find resources that are free to access and that the networking is made up of many people with similar symptoms. I’m still using different methods to see if I can make greater enhancements to my sleeping problems.

Stephen (Jan 20)

This programme helped me with a lot of the issues mentioned in the programme and gave me lots of good advice.

Alistair (Jan 20)

For someone with sleep issues up the wazoo, it's reassuring to know we're not alone. There are common sense reminders as well as tips and new information, such as on sleep disorders and sleep apnoea, to advise, inform and support you to get a little more shut eye.

Caz (Jan 20)

Being on the sleep support programme made me realise it was time I considered doing something about my lack of sleep and the way it was affecting my life. So many areas were covered not all appropriate to myself but would be to others. I would highly recommend anyone having difficulty sleeping to look at this programme.
