July/September: Sleep Survey 2017

To enable us to better understand what support and help is truly needed to help those suffering with sleep issues, we launched our sleep survey to gain further insights into our members experience with sleep. The survey approached what impact sleep had, remedies and treatment, and what additional support people would prefer.

Here are the top highlights from the survey:

  • 58% said stress was the reason for lack of sleep, with 68% waking up repeatedly during the night
  • 1 in 3 rated the advice they received on sleep from their doctor as poor
  • 1 in 4 searched online to diagnose their sleep issues, as they were unable to get an appointment
