I found the programme very useful and interesting, the information provided was easy to understand and gave useful helps and tips, it also provided information of where you can access or obtain further support & information on the subject. It has made me feel more confident in looking after my skin and I have seen some improvements to my skin since starting the programme! I would recommend this programme for anyone suffering with dry skin!
A lot of advice and help but for me I’ve got very dry skin but I also have p,l,d and there has never been much help for me in the over 25 years I’ve had it anyway.
The programme was very useful to people like me who just bear it and hoped it would just disappear when I came across talkhealth. I thought at first it was just another site that did nothing for you, how wrong I was, they are truly a very helpful site and the support is next to none.
My skin has always been problematic. Dry and itchy especially by summertime. I found many good advices, tips and simple steps on how to manage skin like that. I know it's not only skin. it's also our diet and specific amount of liquids.
Very informative and helpful.
My skin has improved. It is no longer itchy or rashy and flaky.
Although I have had psoriasis for many years and thought I was quite knowledgeable this programme increased my knowledge and allowed me to investigate new treatments and skin maintenance.
Useful and informative current information regarding skin conditions. Also, useful resources which are available to access.
Useful advice and use of creams, etc.
So informative. The advice given is better than going to the GP as it’s so much more knowledgeable.
A very good programme, (especially if you have only recently started to experience dry skin problems) with a number of hints and tips.
This programme is very helpful and useful. I found many things which are usefull in everyday life. Some things I already knew, some not. Sometimes because of service like this I don't really need to go to the doctor. Thanks for that.
I found all the information very helpful. There was advice such as triggers, infection, support & even how best to apply emolients. I felt it was helpful to read other people's stories. I felt that my dry skin condition has improved since starting the mydryskin support programme.
An interesting and informative programme with help and guidance in easy to read weekly emails which aren’t too over facing and cover a variety of topics. Some information is helpful because it is new and other bits you know are reassuring to check and know you are doing the right thing. Helpful & caring and well put together.
