It is for people who are having bowel problems and also trying to understand why they are suffering.

myIBS support programme has been very interesting. The information it provided has helped me understand my condition a lot more. It was helpful and gave me confidence to talk to friends about it. Due to COVID I have been unable to see a GP but I will be going back over the programme to get the info I need to speak to the GP about my condition. Thank you.

The programme covered every aspect of IBS. There were facts and tips about living with it, most I was surprised to find I didn’t know. Also new research has meant I understand more thoroughly how the condition works and how to manage it better.

The myibs support programme helped me a great deal. It helps you to understand IBS a lot better and it also helps to find what triggers it. The support you get is first class. They help a great deal. Also others who are the same can help one another and share diffent things with each other which is fine many thanks.

It is a a programme for everyone with plans that are put in place for you to use. I also helped other people who have had it more severe than I have, showed them also how to improve on what they are already doing and how to cope with the bad cramps and pains they get from just eating something little. It is worth going into this programme as it tells you everything you need to know, products to use, and diet. A great plan to have everything.
