The support programme was full of interesting information that was relevant to me. Everyone's condition is different, but when you have to scratch you have to do it, causing discomfort and embarrassment. Since COVID I have been unable to see my consultant or receive my phototherapy but the programme has been a big help. Thank you.

The mypsoriasis support programme was delivered to me through regular emails, each one delivered directly to me. I have been surprised at how much information each email contained on my condition and the information was presented in a simple but informative way that made it very easy for me to understand it all. It wasn’t too much to take in and I feel that I’ve learnt such a lot from this programme. I now feel able to manage my psoriasis and look out for any potential triggers that could signal a flare up of it. I have saved all the information so that I have a go-to toolkit to help me manage moving forward. It also gave me lots of information to be able to discuss with my GP when I next have a consultation about my condition. Thank you for this programme.

An absolute sea of knowledge and information. So much more to know than the leaflet I picked up from hospital. It was great to learn that psoriasis is common and lots of people suffer the same - but have various ways of treating and coping with the situation. 

There was so much to learn, including available treatments, triggers, how to cope, the list is endless. The programme made me so much more aware of my psoriasis. It gave me the confidence to approach my doctor again, thereafter recieving another appointment with dermatology and a follow up (with fab results).  

I'd highly recommend the mypsoriasis Support Programme to anyone and everyone, it's fantastic and gave me my confidence back!!

Extremely infomative with peoples own stories which are real. No one is saying if you have psoriasis this may hapoen or that may happen. It gave tips on health triggers and learning how to help yourself and then when to get some medical help if you need it.

It is well informed and gives you the best way of helping you and telling you about the way the skin reacts. I have been to the doctor's to show the problem and am waiting to hear from a consultant but a long waiting list.
