I have been suffering from rosacea for what seems all of my life. It affects just my nose and its always red. After looking at this programme I have done research and asked my GP for a new cream. I found the cream from the GP does not work however found a cream online which treats and covers, at the moment this is working and my nose is the best it has ever been. I am hoping this will continue. It is thanks to this programme I realised that I shouldn't just put up with it and there is some alternative help out there.

The progamme had helped me understand in greater depth the problem and how to handle it. It was useful to know all the different triggers and in a way to know I wasn't alone and it's not as bad as I think.

I have learnt how to live and stay positive even when I have had some flare up symptoms just by eating the right foods, getting advice, ideas and tips from other people who have suffered or still suffering from this condition. Keeping a diary of my day to day both good and bad days of how I feel and trying to ensure I stick with a more healthy diet and keep active too. Overall, it has made quite a difference now as I feel a bit more confident and just get on with my life no matter what. Keeping a positive mind and with motivation, I know it will get even better for me too.

It helped me realise I was not alone and that there is a lot of people out there with rosacea I have never been told a lot about rosacea/ I was diagnosed my a skin consultant and my gp handed me gel and never discussed with me how it was affecting me. Myrosacea support programme helped me realise the psychological impact on me was one of the things to discuss I would advise anyone like myself who had no support to join.
