Sleep issues can affect anyone, with 1 in every 3 people in the UK living with sleep issues such as disturbed sleep or insomnia. Many of these sleep issues can be short term, due to stress, illness or environmental and lifestyle factors.

Some of the topics the programme covers include:

    • Children’s sleep
    • Snoring
    • Diet and Exercise
    • Sleep environments and routines

Useful information given in an easy to read format. The information was easy to understand and also put things into perspective. There was little jargon and a lot of common sense.

I have suffered with loss of sleep for over 4 years so any advice that doesn't require sleeping pills really helped as I want to keep things as natural as possible as I was prescribed them but it was a temporary fix and my insomnia was still there so I have tried to now follow the techniques instead.

The mysleep Support Programme was very interesting to read and has helped me to relax more and look at my anxiety in a better way. I am now sleeping a little better. A new matress has been purchased too.

Amazing suggestions. You should try all the ideas and find out what works for you. Mine is past their help and I accept it and have asked if they can help people like me with traumatised sleep.

I've been living with problems sleeping for many years so didn't feel that I got too much out of the programme but I do think that it would be really useful for people who have only recently started to have problems.

This is a useful programme, but you have to read everything they email you.  It is all very useful information, as it helps you to understand and think about your surroundings, your day, what impacts you throughout the day and what may help you sleep.  It is quite comprehensive.

I enjoyed the learning aspect of the information.

I found some parts of the sleep programme very interesting and was surprised by what I learnt especially about how using tec like your mobile phone can impact on your sleep also about mental health and sleep. There was also lots of other topics discussed like snoring and sleep which does not effect me but would be useful to others. So I would recommend having a look at mysleep programme you will be surprised by what tips you can pick up on getting a better nights sleep.
