Re: how do you lose weight?

Yoga is excellent, shmankar. I've done yoga many times myself. I also love walking. I walk daily, here and there. Keeping active is very important to losing weight. But keeping active also heals the mind and increases energy levels. Being energetic improves mood, too. I'd advise anyone follow your t...

Re: Best Tips to Reduce Depression and Anxiety

I agree 100% with you, ayur88807. Those therapies DO ease depression and anxiety. In fact, I've used those forms of therapy myself. Not with a doctor but on a personal level. Music heals my mind. Reading is also therapeutic to me. Reading a book is very relaxing and makes me feel a lot better about ...

Re: Experience with diabetes

Diabetes can be genetic, I'm afraid. Plus, it is not always because someone is overweight. The odd sweet treat won't cause the condition BUT people with diabetes are advised to always be aware of their sugar intake. They will have to prick their finger to test their blood sugar levels. BUT they have...

Re: 5 Benefits of Facial Massage for Beauty and Health, Don't Underestimate!

There are so many beauty treatments that have therapeutic qualities. Facial massage is just one of them. So I definitely look forw...

Re: How to reduce stress levels?

Music is excellent at reducing stress. In fact, I listen to music to make me more relaxed and keep my energy levels from spiking. I listen to most genres of music, but pop music is the most therapeutic: at least for me. Scientists have researched music's effect on the brain: there can be a positive ...

Losing weight is not that hard. It all takes is consistency. Workout, eat well, avoid junk food, believe in yourself.
Agreed.

Re: Shell fish allergy sudden

NO: don't try prawns again. You'll be in agony. You're allergic to shellfish, I'm afraid. There is no other explanation.

Allergies are tricky but you are definitely allergic to prawns and other shellfish. You'll simply have to avoid them at all costs.

Re: Is this acne or should I see a doctor?

I don't think severe acne should be considered a normal part of adolescence. Hardly anyone I went to school with had it. I think it a severe skin problem that - as said - needs treatment from a dermatoloigist. I will sound very negative here, though: I don't believe it can be "cured" (for ...

Re: Is there any connection of hair loss with hair straighteners?

Yes, Of course, there is a connection, many women who undergo hair straightening treatments experience severe hair loss within a month post-treatment. But hair straightening is not only the reason for hair loss and there are many reasons behind this. I'm saying this because I had severe hair loss a...
