I’m going out for daily works at the moment and the wind and rain is really affecting my sensitive skin – what is the best way to protect my skin when I’m outside in the cold/wind/rain?

I am 53 years old and have recently found that when I need to go for a wee I can't hold it in like I used to and am worried that I may be becoming incontinent - is this the first sign and if so is there anything I can do to try and slow the process down? Thank you.

I suffer with stress incontinence and had TVT in 2011. The stress continence is much better but I now get urge issues. I was put on some tablets by my doctor but I was having side-effects so I stopped taking them. What other options are open to me? Is this treatment a possibility?

Unfortunately the menopause causes me to worry about the impact on my health, disturbed sleep, sweats and anxiety makes me concerned about high blood pressure. Also the effect of this on my mood and relationships isn't great which is a worry and something I dislike about the menopause. Is it just me...

Hi, my son last year got a sun tan. However around a mole on his back a white circle formed. As his tan has faded over the year the white circle around the mole has remained. Is this something I need to be worried about?

Well it looks like there's no rhyme or reason to when you feel bad with menopause symptoms, I guess everyone's different and I'll just have to accept that it can happen at any time of the day or night. At least I can start putting things down to something now!

longterm_sufferer, this isn't a symptom that I have encountered but I have read on several websites that some people have this. It might be wise to speak with your doctor though to check that it's not anything else.
